Under Login Security, click Set up authenticator app The following install instructions are from from the WinAuth site. Close this window and return to the Setup Wizard. If it still doesnt work, youll need to contact your organizations IT department for help.
An entry will show up for Citrix and will start generating 6-digit TOTP codes. Scan the QR code or enter the Key into your authenticator app. Several are available including Citrix SSO, Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, etc. Download an Authenticator app that supports Time-based One-Time Password (TOTP).

Click Download Codes to download a text file with your backup codes. Click Generate backup codes to generate one-time use codes that can be used if you do not have access to your authenticator app. Click Add recovery phone and enter a phone number that Citrix Support can call to verify your identity in the event you have any MFA related queries. You are then prompted to set up at least 2 recovery methods in the event you lose access to your authenticator app.
They are one-time use and you can use them to log in if you do not have access to your authenticator app. These are your backup codes.
